Expecting More with WBB

Expecting More is a radio show that dares to ask: What if we expected more from our birth experiences? More respect? More truth? More care? More joy?

Hosted by Nicole and Tashona, two experienced birth workers and advocates, Expecting More explores pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and wellness through a lens of power, possibility, and deep care. Each episode dives into the real conversations that often get left out of medical appointments, from building a birth team that sees you to navigating trauma and boundaries, to reclaiming birth as a sacred and personal act.

Rooted within Expecting More is the mission of Well Body and Birth. This show is for anyone who believes that birth is more than a procedure… it’s a transformation. Whether you’re expecting your first child, healing from a past experience, or supporting others in their journey, you’ll find stories, strategies, and solidarity here.

Because we don’t just want birth to be safe – we want it to be powerful.
