The Rock Your LAB – Childbirth Education Class is a comprehensive 4-hour program designed to equip expectant parents with essential knowledge about labor and delivery. Participants will explore childbirth anatomy, stages of labor, effective comfort techniques, and the importance of partner support, fostering confidence and readiness for their baby’s arrival.
