The Cycle Show

The Cycle Show is a dynamic and interactive improvisational reenactment of one complete “typical” menstrual cycle. The narrator, played by presenter Julie Lisak, CFAE, CD, walks audiences through the harmonious hormonal interplay of The Cycle, while audience member participants play the parts of the key players involved: Queen Estrogen, Princess Progesterone, Lord Hypothalamus, Lady Pituitary, and The Keepers of the Womb. (costumes/instruments provided!)

Games and age-appropriate introductions to anatomy and physiology are key in this workshop! Come ready to have fun and connect with your preteen!
